Tasty sandwiches as expected. The rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. Well below FS standards. This store needs serious attention: Cashier was unwelcoming. The deli pickle was left out of all sandwich orders. Poor cleanliness - windows super dirty; store overall could use serious cleaning. I’ve visited this location twice and it take too long to place the order and received it it could be short staff or not enough practice. I love firehouse subs but this particular location is

They are always so friendly here. Food is delicious and the employees are great. I get off really late. If I show up there even in the last 15 minutes. They're more than happy to make me a sandwich to go. I just really appreciate that. Most places try to close the doors and stop serving people thirty forty five minutes before they close.
