We’ve been to Grannies more times than I can count. Every time we’ve been here, they are the best people serving the best tamales around. If you’ve never stopped in here before, what are you waiting for?
Tamales are EXTREMELY TINY, I have never in my 60yrs on this earth seen TINY Tamales... they're Flavorless. I ordered jalapeno and cheese were no jalapenos or cheese. It didn't even have no kick to it period I also ordered pork and chicken mix together and it was just eating nicely moist Masa/ cornmeal or whatever they make it with... NOT THE TRADITIONAL MEXICAN TAMALES.

I tried Granny's Tamales from a vendor at the Farmers market in Clearlake. They were all good. We tried bean and cheese, jalapeño and cheese, spinach and cheese. Of the three, our favorite was the jalapeño and cheese...they were superb, the best jalapeño and cheese tamales I've ever had. Great job Granny!
