Went there yesterday been going since 2014 ....was great but now service is very bad ? the waitress couldn't take order cause she was on the phone . Someone else took order only for drinks .Finally received drink Finished drink ,my sister had to go to bar to ask where the waitress was 10 minutes later she took order ...My sister put 2 pennies on table then they started being nice ...TOO LATE!!!! PS I'M A GREAT TIPPER ATLEAST 30.00 TO 40.00 DOLLARS ? ? I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!! I can't help I'M white ...

Great place to have a family lunch, the food is good, plentiful and on point. We like the warm chunky salsa and chips. Very relaxing, no rush atmosphereParking: Parking is very hard to find most days, I guess b/c food and drinks are so good and it has multiple businesses in the shopping strip.

Worst service ever. I was sitting for like 10 min & no one greeted me. Just stared & kept walking or standing around talking to each other. People were getting served before me that came in after. Some even have 2 servers helping them. I had to get up & get someone to finally come & wait on me. The food was good but the service was terrible

Truly disappointed after today’s experience. They act like a small business with cheap prices charging small fees for everything. I was charged 1.50 for the cilantro they left out of my shrimp cocktail to begin with. I asked for no onions and they took it upon themselves to exclude the cilantro as well, so when I asked for some on the side to avoid sending the cocktail back and making them work extra, they decided to charge me for a “side of cilantro”. I find it so silly because even if it wasn’t included who the heck charges for cilantro? It is not about the money but the principle behind it and how greedy these gestures make them seem. I’m sure that cilantro costed them about 10 cents, but hey, what a great opportunity to abuse the customer!You have to request the green salsa for your chips almost like it’s part of a hidden menu, and they charge extra if you want refried beans instead of charro beans (even though both options were offered as if they were both included in the parrillada without specifying “refried beans” was an upgrade at an extra charge)Also, they’re a big restaurant/business and still charge for CC fees in 2024? This is a fee for them earn more business as majority of people now in days prefer to pay with card, you can’t pass to the customer every single fee given to you, the business. Food is plain ok, and service not the best to justify the price paid. Overall experience wasn’t a great one, and after today’s visit we will not return.
