There is some great stuff here like the potatoes and pico. Sauces was ok but there was one added a splash of hot sauce made it pretty tasty. I went in at the worst time possible and they still had brisket that was sliced. I have had much worse and paid much more for the privilege. Full disclosure i prefer a fatty slice of brisket that makes my cardiologist earn another porche payment personally. Strikes me as an great value with good food and all the comfort sides.
Food was delicious, most definitely come back the banana pudding was superb. Get the baked potato with sausage and pulled pork, an my wife got the baked potato with the chopped brisket my brother-in-law got the cheese burger and my mom got the pulled pork sandwich everything was hot and fresh was fantastic

Haven't eaten here in about 20 years since I moved away. It's a Long way from when Mo and Ted started this place in a little shack on the side of the road. They were consistently ranked in the top 3 of BBQ joints in Houston back in the day. Try the Mo's spud. The inside could use a little love and the staff could be more friendly.
