Y’all need to do better!!! because the staff and management is going downhill. Pay your workers because they are miserable and stressed from the high volume of customers that are being lied to about pick up time which is probably not their fault so that’s why I blame management! Intern I’m disappointed about my pickup experience.

My experience at this restaurant was bad, the food prices are high, the quality of service was so-so. The worst of all is that the bathrooms were completely dirty, as well as the floors. I don't understand how they can have a business and there isn't a city inspector to supervise them. The quality has dropped a lot.

Went to try this with place out with my niece from La. It was around 1 pm on a Thursday. The sign at the front door said please wait to be seated. After 10 minutes of not being greeted I asked the guy behind the bar if he could get someone. He went get the female. She walked behind the bar grab menus then walked to a table without even acknowledging us. So we went and followed her. She put the menus on the table without asking us if we would like anything to drink or introduce herself so we walked out. That as my first and last dining there.

Food portions are good for the price. Food is consistent and very good. Staff is very nice. A little disorganized but a great place to relax for a drink or a quick bite or on a date. I think there's been a few times we waited up to 20 min to be seasted when the place was more than half empty and others complaing on the to go wait time. Not sure if they are short staff on some days but we just leave and comeback another day. We love that every dish has its own flavor, you can ask for level of spiciness, nice atmosphere and nice bar . We love the to share the following dishesToTom Kha Soup = We share the large 3 to 4 peopleChicken, coconut milk, galangal, mushrooms, kaffir lime leaves, and lime juiceGreen Curry = we share the largeProtein cooked in coconut milk, green curry paste, green bean, Thai eggplant, bell pepper, and basiPad ThaiA choice of protein stir fried with rice noodle, eggs, bean sprouts, and green onion in tamarind sauce with crushed peanuts on the side

It's a really nice neighborhood restaurant. It's okay for date night. The food is great. The service is good too. They have a newer staff, but I'm sure they will be great! All in all, this is a place to enjoy a great meal in the neighborhood ? ? ?.

We have been coming to Nara for over a decade. Their food is very consistent and very tasty. They are very willing to adjust the level of spice in dishes to be able to satisfy my entire family, anyone from myself, who likes Thai spicy, to my father in law who thinks a bell pepper is spicy!

I started eating at this location about two years ago. I can say that I pretty much always enjoy coming here, however over the last 8 months there has been a lot of inconsistence’s. The wait staff has changed a ton, depending on which chef is in the kitchen depends on how good your food will be, and sometimes you have to wait 15 min just to get a drink. I would recommend coming here but with the expectation that one of these things being off.

Dietary restrictions: A service was bad , walk in didn’t even say hi not even ask how many people, but put his finger 1 , not even sit on a chair yet, he said water? I asked for a dish that I use to eat most of times that I have, it not on menu anymore I do understand, sometimes they are changing the menu.Decide to get some red curry , The food came quick, but after I take few bites, he bring the check for me right away with out a word just left it on the table , what is that supposed to mean? Are you telling customer to pay and leave after they take a 2 or 3 bites of food.I came to this restaurant all the time in the past 10 years this time I was very disappointed.

Came midday the place was empty, but their ToGo orders are nonstop that’s how you know the food is good. Sat at the bar for lunch. Since I was the only one dining in, I got my food fast & it was steamy good!!! I typically try the same thing at every Thai restaurant (Pad Kee Mao or Pad See Ew) & the flavors were perfection. Good portion of food. They open till 930 so I could definitely see myself returning for dinner or getting takeout. Atmosphere is spacious, cute family dining style. Many sculptures & dim lights. Really cute spot.Vegetarian options: Easy to identify the plant based options. Most items have a base and you choose your protein.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian, vegan, & gluten free options. Just ask the server!

My dish was delicious. I suggest going a level lower on the spicy chart, these dishes are hot. The service was very underwhelming. There was a huge focus on all the to go orders and the customers at tables were not treated very quickly.
