Cakes are always delicious but service is HORRIBLE!! I placed order for cake with extra icing, get there and it is decorated horrible and icing is sloppy. The order 3 other items, said it will be ready in 5 minutes, get back in 15 minutes and was told they forgot to do them!! Had to wait another 10 minutes! This location is always slacking

OMG - this Andes® Peppermint Chocolate Chip 8 Bundt Cake was so delicious. This seasonal flavor didn't disappoint. The chocolate cake was super moist and the mint flavor came through beautifully. Preordered and pick up went smoothly. This would definitely be the highlight of any holiday gathering!

Miss Sydney the manager is the absolute sweetest! I had a cake delivered and the store accidentally forgot to pack the cupcakes (which I totally understand, it is the holidays and things happen, plus everyone is super busy with orders). When I call the store to let them know what items I had missing, Miss Sydney not only had it redelivered within 30 minutes, but she threw in an extra dozen cupcakes and a note apologizing about the mix up. This is what I call exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location; Miss Sydney did not have to go out of her way to do that for me. I truly appreciate it! You guys will always be my favorite, also give Miss Sydney a raise! :)

Worst service ever! I paid upfront and scheduled the delivery to be between 10AM-2PM to my toddler daycare for his birthday. They did not call to say that they will not be able to deliver on time! When I called at 3:20PM all they said is that they were sorry they were running late! 4 hours late!!!! We were already in the car at the daycare parking lot 10mins to 4 when they were delivering the order! They basically ruined my toddler’s birthday celebration with his friends.
