Terrible! I just ordered a mediumHot honey pizza from this location. Unpin arrival I was informed they no longer have the hot honey, I was disappointed but accepted it. I went home tried a slice and realized they put hot sauce all over my pizza.I called the location back and informed them of the mishap; the acknowledged that the person put buffalo sauce on my pizza. Ordered through the app. Once we got to the store my order was wrong. They would not give me a refund but offered a store credit. Unacceptable! We will never go back to any Pizza Hut again.
Per google maps my house is 1.1 miles from Pizza Hut…and my order was placed on a Thursday at 6:10 PM. The order was 1 large, 1 medium pizza, and 8 boneless buffalo wings.Pizza came 10 Minutes over the estimated range of time I was given when I placed the order and the pizza and boneless wings were both cold.Pizza was still flavorful but again …it’s cold.
