We ordered delivery from here (corporate site?) for a birthday party. When the food arrived we noticed they included a regular side instead of the large one for a party. I get it mistakes happen, but when we called the store the response should have been them sending the correct order to us right away. Instead they told us we could come pick up the correct item. When we asked for a refund they told us we would have to bring the card that the order was placed on to them in person.Luckily we had a family member coming from that direction who could pick up for us. Needless to say this is not how you handle an obvious screw up at your store, and we will not be back.

What a pleasant change! I stopped coming a while back do to the lack of service and food quality. I thought I would give it another try, and I was pleasantly surprised. Irene came around our table a couple of times to see if we needed anything, picked up our plates and trash after we were done. Very happy with the service!

Came to Slim Chicken and the food was GREAT. Shoutout to the amazing staff and team. Irene, Lexie and Jennifer were amazing and treated us like we were family. This place was clean and Irene even brought our food out. Definitely coming back here.

The night I went they let us know that they were severely understaffed, which may be why the service was bad. However, their jar dessert was so so good ??? I'll most likely go to a different location next

UPDATE: Original review below latest.Stoped here while out shopping ordered the 5x5. The quality at this location has really gone down hill. One of my “tenders” was smaller than a wing. Only one bite’s worth. One of the wings wears inedible. Hard as a rock. Must have gotten lost and was swimming in the grease for a while. The guy walked by and asked how I was doing. I pointed out the issues and he said the size of the tenders is random. As far as the wing, he offered to cook on up to replace it. I waited a while to get my food and didnt have time to wait on one wing. Slim Chickens was one of my fave spots, but looks like I may have to start looking for a replacement.The chicken tenders here are way better than the competitors. They also have more selections of sides, and sauces. I like the Mango Habanero and the Inferno. The Mac-n-cheese is my favorite side. I do like their fries, I normally do not like fries. Theirs is thin, crunchy and seasoned. You can get your wings or tenders dipped. Just ask. On hot days I swing through to get som lemonade. It isn’t from a fountain or mix.

Great delicious food all around , I got tenders and lemon Pepper wings basket and they were absolutely delicious , perfect spice,juicy- hot - perfectly made .Tasted the spicy ranch ,this will be favorite dip from know and on . I highly recommend you to try this spot out , Jermaine was awesome , he was so helpful and had wonderful customer service .I only pass through 1960 but know I’m stopping more often . The atmosphere in the restaurant was so comfortably and had great music - love there decorations Try the cheesecake desert in the jar - amazing .

I saw that they have a 10 for $10 special on the wings on Mondays only, so I stopped by to try them. I ordered half Korean BBQ and half regular BBQ. I did not enjoy them one bit. I tried to finish them because i didn't want to waste my money, but i couldn't. So I ended up throwing them away and vomiting what I had eaten of them. If I go back I will not be touching those wings again.
