The staff are so great and the environment is awesome to enjoy a good meal for a fair price. The food was good. The service is horrible. We were standing there for a good 10 minutes waiting to be helped, and employees would look at us and keep working or eating. Finally, a customer who is eating tells us that we have to order through the machine. What was sooo hard for one of the 4 employees to turn around and tell us that? Why do the prices keep going up and the service is going down? The employees were in back eating a pizza one of them brought while we still waited...read full review
