Everyone extremely rude, workers stood around, wouldn’t help us, or make our order even though we’ve showed multiple pictures of our receipt even my bank account! Absolutely ridiculous, I hardly write complaints but I am sure to write this one

Today, I went to whataburger for a brunch meal before running errands on my day off. I ordered my original #1 with cheese, toasted buns, no onions and sub mayo. When my order came to my table, I noticed there was a no pickles tag on it. I saw my receipt and confirmed my order was accidentally put as no pickles instead of no onions. Janet (manager) verified the order was in fact wrong and had the cooks redo my burger. She shortly brought a freshly made burger with freshly made fries and an apple pie to my table and apologized for the mistake. The customer service she provides is always above and beyond, not only with making things right, but also interacting with customers. I try not to eat fast food regularly, but when I do need a quick bite to eat, this whataburger is my go to. Thank you again Janet for the excellent customer service!

One of the worst whataburgers to order from. The staff acts extremely ghetto and will downright refuse to make food and hide away so they don’t have to talk to customers. Even the manager Kashif Jamil doesn’t even care about her job the way she talks to customers. I would not recommend any self respecting customer to ever order from this location.

My boyfriend and I came and ordered a grill chicken sandwich combo and he ordered the number 13 combo which is strips. We had a gift card that for some reason this particular Whataburger crew couldn't figure out how to make it work, they tried for like 10 minutes. While they were doing that out food was already made and was getting cold, they never figured out how to work the gift card so we just paid the full amount. We ask them to remake the food because it's cold and the manager(a Hispanic guy) is already looking at us like we're insane...the crew too a bit. He takes the the receipt and takes our food to the back for remake.They remake the food and my boyfriend is complaining to me because the strips are very small, much smaller than usual. But he doesn't wanna go back in so he tries to eat it but then I notice they gave me the wrong meal. I ordered the grill chicken sandwich and I was given a spicy chicken sandwich so we ask for a remake. The manager says it's not their fault that the food is wrong, I said yes it is you guys are the ones who made it. He then tried to say I never ordered a grill chicken in which my bf tells him that I did. I then ask him where my receipt is because he never gave it back, he said I never gave him one. My boyfriend tells him like dude she did and he's like oh yeah I think I threw it away.... Why would u throw it away??We proceeded to ask for a refund for the whole thing which he denied but he gave me a refund for the sandwich but not the whole combo...so yeah

My daughters Favorite, unfortunately, after several years of going there we had an issue with cross-contamination. But at least the manager was nice enough to answer the questions when asked.Vegetarian options: You could order a salad and say no chickenParking: Maybe 30 but Walmart is nearbyKid-friendliness: Yes & no, I witnessed a child abuse situation. Where the family all got their meals and they refused to feed the youngest child. I told management. I bought a kid’s meal for that child. This one SUCKS I'm sitting outside for my order I order online curbside they told me to get here between 8:11 and 8:14 My job is 20 minutes away. No one show. I walk in the store there's three girls standing inside talking. I told the one behind the register I waiting on my curbside order. She ask my you have curbside. I just looked at her. She was like oh okay she went back there and got it. How's it three people standing there running a mouth and I had to get out my car to go get a curbside order. I think the store manager and these girls need to learn the definition of curbside. Maybe they should just stop trying to do curbside because looking at some of the other reviews they don't know what they doing
