I don’t know the owners name, however she is the sweetest lady you will ever find. The food is on point and some of the best damn pasta you will ever eat. They should change the name to palace “hurts” pasta cause the food is so good, you’re gonna hurt yourself eating it all gone. To add the cherry on top. The cupcakes are on melt in your mouth. The woman that took our order was very sweet. We ordered Chicken Alfredo pasta with bacon. Although not a traditional Italian restaurant, they created a very homely and the pasta is the best pasta I’ve had in Huntsville.
