Thought I'd never eat at Pizza Hut again after the awful service and pizza I got at the Huntsville I-45 location, but I took a chance at the Sam Houston Ave location and General Manager Jairo restored my faith in Pizza Hut. Great service, perfect pizza, kind words, and thankful for my business. I highly recommend visiting Jairo's Pizza Hut on Sam Houston in Huntsville, Texas.
So I received coupons in the mail for pizza hut. One witch I wanted to use is 2 medium pizzas,1 topping for 9.99...carry out. So when I took the coupon in to get the pizza he kept wanting to charge me 19.80. I told him there's no way there's 8 .00 tax on that. He kept telling me he couldn't scan the coupon. Then rung it up again and came up with 20.15. This may be my last time getting pizza here. I told him to forget it and left

Went into pizza hut to pay my order. I made the mistake of not adding pepperoni on my end. The older man (I didn't get his name) at the register was super sweet and got us a replacement with pepperoni. Undoubtedly the best service I have ever received and even left a $10 tip for him, for the excellent service he provided and asked how I was doing. The older man behind the register definitely deserves a raise! Definitely coming back for all my Pizza Hut needs! :)
