This is the third time I have been to this sonic location and this is the third time they have gotten my order wrong. I understand they are busy, but my orders are not large or complicated. Today I ordered a half tea/half lemonade and got sweet tea with lemon. Sorry sonic that's just not the same thing. Stopped to get a single drink and it took as long to get it as if I'd ordered a meal. Then the carhop came out unprepared and had to go back for the change. It was like it was an inconvenience for them. Not even a smile when she first came out. ??? What has happened to customer service everywhere???

Every time I’ve come here the workers are so incredibly kind. They introduce themselves and make sure that we have everything we need. Barbara was amazing! She had such a sweet demeanor and made the experience incredible! The only sonic I come to in Huntsville.
