I'm really disappointed in the service and steps that happen when part of your order is missing from a delivery. I ordered via the app and while I understand it routes to door dash, they laughed at me when I called to get a refund or redelivery. I got half of my order refunded (not even the full amount that was missing) and the staff I purchased it for didn't get lunch during our day long meeting. Always love me some Chipotle! As a vegan, Chipotle is always one of my safe, go-to options! The sofritas are always a good choice but I usually go for the veggies because I love free guacamole! I usually get a burrito bowl with double brown rice, double black beans, double veggies, corn salsa, red salsa and guacamole! Just stopped at this location today and was having a hard time ordering, my fault. They were extremely patient and helpful. I sadly did not get the young man’s name but he was quick and helped me organize my order even though I somehow managed to make it confusing. I did get the cashier's name, Dulce. She was very pleasant and took the time to help me with an offer I wanted to use in the app, she was very kind and patient and had a smile the whole time.
