I love chipotle, but this specific location has really gone downhill. No one smiles, and no one looks like they like being there which just makes the whole atmosphere feel hostile. I thought it was just the day I went in, but this has been true the few times I've gone in. The rice was overcooked and the flavor just isn't there. The food was dry and congealed in the containers at 5 on March 9th. Every, single, table in the establishment was dirty, and the attitude of the staff seemed piss poor. I left as soon as I walked in and got to see the food.

By far one of the worst Chipotle I've been to. Customer service was horrible. Manager that was on duty was not nice at all. Which explained why the rest of staff was not friendly either. They all appeared to be "angry" that they were at work. Not one single person smiled or greeted me. Will never visit this Chipotle again.
