Earlier this month, my wife and I had a bad experience at Cork & Pig Tavern in Las Colinas. Josh (the general manager) reached out to us and asked for the opportunity to make it up to us by providing a complimentary meal. Let me start with saying the food was very good. I ordered the ribs & they were tender & delicious. I also tried the calamari which could've been crispier but none the less it was fresh. Now as far as service goes from the moment I walked in the hostess wasn’t welcoming nor seemed approachable. It was around 12:30pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t fairly busy so I was seated quickly. The bar is very efficient, and have plenty space to enjoy a good whiskyy and pizza.Nice music with a good corner location with windows everywhere... like a big glass wall.Really recommend, specially the black truffle pizza.
