I would give Einstein bagels a 5 star review as we enjoy the food and ambience of this place and we come to this place frequently for breakfast, staff are courteous but today 9/1 /2023 at 9.15 am ,one of the staff was not customer friendly, not giving proper information, not helpful, he given cold bagels , without asking if they need to heat them up. I thought they are warm. When I went back asking to heat them up - untouched bagels, he said they cannot take them back to heat...read full review

I'm not a bread fan nor am I a breakfast fan. However, we ended up ordering breakfast from here and it all was delicious! I had the Santa Fe sandwich that was made with egg whites and turkey sausage with a jalapeño spread. I really enjoyed it. My only negative feedback is the prices. Way too pricey for a breakfast sandwich. Our total was $80 for four sandwiches and one bagel

Stopped in here multiple times to pick up a couple dozen bagels for my office staff and the employees were a well oiled machine! Not to mention awesome. Will be back next time I'm in Dallas.
