I've been coming to this location for many years and I have never had a bad experience. They have good food, good staff, good movies, and their policy about banning talking and cell phone usage is very welcome. I can't recommend this chain or this location enough.
I'm not sure what happened recently but service has gone way down lately. It's a toss up if you'll actually get what you order and it takes halfway through the movie before you get it.

This place makes going to the movies feel special again. Just a few nitpicks keep me from giving it five stars. First, I've been to several screenings where loud, disruptive customers were given warnings but were not escorted out of the theater as the rules imply. They were allowed to stay and continue being obnoxious and rude, ruining an otherwise great film viewing experience. Second, the seats - they're incredibly difficult to get out of.
