Was giving the wrong order and tried calling 3 times but automated message said to leave a message because the phone line was unavailable? I hope they see my review because I will be going to get the correct order when I get off! I want what I paid for not a soggy cold avocado taco!!!!Update: went back after work and the drive thru associate remembered me and acknowledged her fault in giving me the wrong order. Grilled Chicken Cali Style! The employee at the drive-thru window was awesome. I had to wait a few minutes for my 2-piece White meat. She offered me a large drink at no cost. The wait was a little longer than anticipated, but it was well worth it. The chicken was fantastic...Cali Style!!!Parking: Small parking lot. I went around lunchtime so parking was a little tight. But the flow was awesome!

If you haven’t tried El Pollo Loco yet, then stop what you’re doing find the one closest to you, and get there!
