Don't come here unless you have lots of time. We were literally the only people in this restaurant. Didn't have a whole lot of time because of an event we had to make. One of our on trays never came out and I told them we had to go. They said we should expect 30 minutes per on tray. Refused to take it off the bill so I paid for food I never got. Funny how we order from here all the time and they manage to make and deliver it in less time. Won't be coming back.

They bring their food to St Luke , I bought a chicken biriyani, the smallest portion I have seen for $13 and the chicken and rice was so dry, it was so hard to chew. Won’t buy from this place anymore.I was wondering how and where they found this smallest container ??.. won’t repeat the mistake

Who ever the owner of this place is , contact me. Your servers sucks and lacks etiquettes and placing orders incorrectly. It is shame for you as business owners to let people who don’t even speak english or can take orders operate a business WITHOUT YOUR PRESENCE OR A MANAGER. You need to learn how to operate a business after having it in place. I have had a horrendous experience at this place and I would like to set aside an in-person meeting with you.

My family and I last ate here around 7 months ago. The food and service/atmosphere was way below average… Decided to give it another try and it did NOT disappoint! the food was improved and the outstanding service from the new waiter Jr was such a pleasant experience. He went above and beyond and we will surely be back next week!! HotBits redeemed themselves for sure!
I gave this place a second chance, and it still let me down. I ordered HotBits for the first time to go, and this time I went in person thinking the food would be different. Nope.The chicken tikka is slightly sweet and yellow - not typical. While the daal makhani was striking orange, and the lentils were hard. Looking at this picture, you would think the orange dish is chicken tikka but it's daal. Daal is typically brown.Service was slow. The only good part was the naan. The naan was fresh and done great.I am definitely disappointed with the service and quality of food here, especially coming from an Indian background. I will not be returning.

Nice Indian halal place to eat. They have a wide selection of food. We enjoyed our food. Butter chicken was as usual. Nothing special. But we loved the tandoori roti. Tasted amazing with the butter chicken. Chicken biriyani came in a heap too. Enough for 2. Place is somewhat clean. We changed tabled once. There were foods on the chairs. The napkins were torn. They need to change that out. Plates were chipped and marked. There was a dirty bucket next to the bathroom. Gross ! Food comes after 12-15 min. So watch tv to pass some time. The guy at the front wasn’t much of a help but he did check with us once the food arrived and in between. I love the decor; especially the lighting. Vey well done. I think the price is ok.Vegetarian options: They have a good selection of vegetarian dishes.Parking: Easy parking for special need friends. They have parking but it will be hard to find a spot if a big crowd is present in the area.Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu and will help with adjusting any item of kids choice.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheel chair access to the store. They have a ramp. The restaurant is spacious to maneuver the vehicle.

The food is amazing. We’ve been to many Indian restaurants some are super spicy, but here it was perfect. The butter chicken and tandoori chicken were amazing. The garlic naan is the best we’ve had a little crispy on the bottom and soft on top. The masala chai was very flavorful - the perfect blend. The staff was very kind and helpful the only drawback was the extra rice ? was expensive it was $4.50 for a small bowl. However, the rest of the experience made up for that one drawback. We’ll go again!

Went in to order some food to go and was told they were closed. I got there like 7 minutes before 9pm. An older guy (I'm guessing a manager?) just started arguing with me that if I wanted food I needed to be there much earlier. Didn't even attempt an apology or make anything right.Rude treatment of a (now "former") paying customer aside, it seems to me if your posted closing time is 9:00pm, wouldn't you want to keep doing business until 9:00pm? How else is the customer supposed to know what the cutoff time is for eating there??
