The appearance of the food was good, but unfortunately the beef was bad and we had to send it back. Furthermore, the waiter was frequently absent and it was difficult to get their attention. Even requesting something as simple as a sauce took several minutes to be fulfilled. In comparison, Gringos (which is owned by the same company) provides better service. Due to the poor experience, I have decided not to return to this restaurant.

Even though I live closer to Gringo's I order from this Jimmy Changas because of the associates. They are very thorough when taking my carry out order. Besides their attention to detail they also deliver great customer service. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Liz and Alejandro and they both go above and beyond to make sure my family's meal needs are met. Note we get a lot of customized items. This has become a “tradition” when we visit with our grand children! We absolutely love this place! From the time you get on wait list till time you walk out, the staff and servers provide EXCELLENT service. There has not been a “bad” choice in food in the five plus times we’ve been here. My favorite is the Avocado stuffed with chicken! The frozen margaritas are PERFECT! The waters and staff are AMAZING! Because of a problem we had with our credit statement, it doesn’t surprise me. Samantha, the manager, is a ROLE MODEL in customer care as well as how to care for her employees!!! Can’t wait till our next visit!!Kid-friendliness: Water and waitresses alike, welcome our grandchildren and give five star treatment. JC also has a great outdoor play area for kids! Super fun!!!

Had a very nice lunch on the patio! Food and service were excellent! We were able to watch our nephew play while enjoying our quesadillas.
