Joy Love Burgers is a must try! My boyfriend and I both enjoyed our meals. I had the Lone star burger with curly fries and he had the 2 piece catfish with 6 shrimp and curly fries. The burgers are huge and you can tell they are homemade patties. They are seasoned and have a good char on them! The bun is soft and delicious. The fish and shrimp are delicious. This place is 10/10 and I definitely recommend!

I’ve counted but on average I’m able to call the store 2/5 times They disconnect the phone lines so no one can call. When they just do that I just go to (old school burger) name of restaurant. it’s on the same road as not love burger ! And depending on your taste it might even be better than joy ! Also they fries are usually raw. I gotta call in advance to make sure they have em crunchy. Other wise I’ll just get plain soggy fries. There’s a difference between soggy fries and in cooked fries!

I would give joy love burgers 10 stars if I could THEE best burger I have had since moving to Houston almost 3 years ago. Must try this if you haven’t already!! Burgers are big enough to share and the prices are very reasonable compared to a lot of the food places out here. 10/10 highly recommend.

My family and I live about an hour west of the Katy location. We decided to make the drive after work on a Friday evening to try it out. We arrived at 7pm, not knowing they closed at 8. Given that it’s a burger joint, however, we assumed an hour was plenty of time to eat.We were wrong.We finally got to order at 7:15, and we did not receive our food until 8:03pm, despite several people who arrived after us getting their food before we did.Regardless, we just hoped it was worth the wait. After all, 50 minutes, is an incredibly long wait.As soon as we sat down with our food, an employee approached us and said “Just to let you know, we’re closed.”I explained to him that we drove an hour to get here, and they took 50 minutes to get our order out, and we would appreciate the opportunity to enjoy our meal after spending $60 and almost an hour waiting. The employee sarcastically said “Enjoy” and walked off.I’m not going to pretend like the food wasn’t exquisite. It was absolutely outstanding. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time, and the “Crazy Fries” were amazing. But the service was far too slow, they close down too early for a Friday night in my opinion, and I felt that after making us wait almost an hour to receive a $60 meal, the least they could’ve done is allow us a few minutes to enjoy our burgers in peace. Perhaps I’m just entitled, but there are a lot of good burgers in Katy, Texas and many of them provide a superior service and experience than what we received from Joy Love.

I tried a double cheeseburger and tots to split with the hubs. Best burger I've had in a long time! With that said, I wish that they would have used a quality cheese, maybe a medium or sharp cheddar. I didn't taste any cheese. I saw it, but there was no sign of cheese taste. The atmosphere overall was good. But I always look up at the ceiling...weird I know. I look for water damage as that can produce mold. Some... a bunch of ceiling tiles need to be replaced.

Good food good price it was a good alternative to traditional fast food and I felt comfortable taking my niece and nephew. The atmosphere is that of long johns. Went for lunch so don't know if it was just slow on that day or if it was the normal but there's no one in there really but has really decent food.
My first time going here...the food was hot and tasted great, the service was welcoming, and the establishment was clean... I plan to return. Convenient location offering what I wanted in fish and shrimp. The price was very reasonable for quantity. Great, I'll be back!!

I fell in love with the lone star burger ! It was massive ! The flavors were explosive between the jalapeños and sweetness of the BBQ! The fries were also very good and flavorful! This place was amazing . Definitely recommend! Please go visit !!
