I love Kim's, especially the Bear Creek location. I have to give 3 stars here because I have got boba twice here already and the tapioca is undercooked and not soft and chewy - not cooked thoroughly in center. Please work on this. Thanks for all you do!
The place is all the way in the back corner a little hard to find if you don't know where it is. But when you find it try the strawberry banana with the strawberry poppers. The service is great and fast service they are quick taking the order. From the moment you place the order to when it was ready 5 mins max. The tapioca pearls are perfect; not too chewy, not too soft.The sweetness and ice ratio are excellent.The taro milk tea is the best I have ever tasted and is one of the only things I order because I love it so much. It’s not too crowded in the building, and has a calm, peaceful atmosphere.10/10 recommend :)
