Just picked up my pepperoni "magnifico" from this location. The staff was pleasant enough, but the pie was awful. Overcooked, the thin-crust that I ordered was like eating balsa wood, except balsa wood would have been softer. The 2-stars is for the courteous staff. Food alone is 1-star. Bummer!

I walked in to Marcos Pizza and met Carden at the front desk talk about an honest and honorable young man..... the whole team was beyond polite .... If I was the owner, I would give all these young men a raise... from the time I walked In,t he front door Charles greeted me and then walking to the counter Caden was phenomenal. I hope corporate reads my review and takes note ....This is the type, a young man that is honest and has integrity. I would want working in senior management...read full review

The pizza and sides are great but I will probably not order again from the Westheimer location. In both my orders to date they have forgotten the side and even after calling and being told that a credit will be given, nothing was credited.
