Disappointing.....didn't meet my expectations. Pictures were deceiving. I showed the counter person a picture of the sandwich taken from their site and he couldn't identify with it. I'll stay with Jersey Mike's and Schlotzsky's.

I've come here multiple times and have catered many events using this store. After tonight I will never give them my business again.I arrived at the Potbelly's about 9:40pm to order some sandwiches. When I was walking up to the store I could see all the employees hiding in the back kitchen watching to see if I was going to go in. When they saw that I was entering the store the guy working started to yell and punch the wall. I immediately could tell they did not want to work or help any more customers. I still walked in and got the guy's name. He said his name was Carson, who knows if that's really his name. I decided that I didn't want to force this guy to do his job which he's getting paid for so I left. Plus, who knows what he would have done to my food. Judging by the way he reacted to helping a customer I didn't want to risk him messing with my food. I will not go back to this location. He was working with two other girls tonight 6/29/23. Hopefully management sees this.

Such a lovely place to eat came on my lunch brave hard day but I know I could get on a good mood with the crew especially I’m not sure his name but Dettrck and Jake took care of me and brightened up my day. Lovely place to go definitely recommend!!! <3

Everytime I come here I wanna come back again not only love the sandwiches but the soups are awesome! Ardetric and Jacob helped me the first time I went pick my meal and I Get the same thing every time love it !

I went in to order the sandwich and soup combo and was greeted by a gentleman named Chewy, he was very kind and polite and made sure my order was perfect! I really appreciated the good customer service that I was provided with and thank you to Chewy for that great experience!

Terrible service, the guy making our sandwiches seemed annoyed that we wanted to order 4 sandwiches! Ordered 2 steakhouse sandwiches, 1 grilled chicken, and a grilled cheese kids combo plus 3 mac & cheese’s.The steakhouse sandwiches were ok nothing special though but the grilled chicken barely had any chicken in it!! It was as if I was eating a veggie sandwich! The Mac & cheese’s were not fresh, they were cold!Absolutely terrible experience that ruined our dinner!We’ ll not go back!
Really good sandwich but a little over priced. There are time recently where they have been out of various times but they always seem to get them back quickly. We host our JH boys small group here on Wednesdays and it is a great place for that. The staff is super nice and the food comes out quickly. The music can be loud sometimes and not conducive for good conversation but a large group jh boys fit in perfectly.

I like the veggie melt here, really tasty with the mushrooms and avocado on wheat bread. A little pricey but everywhere is pricey nowadays, and the food is great for a cold day.

I'm extremely annoyed with the customer service I received today.Two heavy set potbelly hispanic women, (no pun intended) working the front failed to greet me, acknowledge me and carried on with their personal conversation in front of me after I told the young gentleman what I requested.This is so not coolAwkward.I didn't leave them a tip and the no tip button is jammed with gunk as if you have to press hard, to where she had to tell me out-loud, as if she knew what I was already pressing.Disgusting. .

Stopped in for some comfort food at lunchtime.Running some evening errands and stopped in for some supper. Clean and organized. When we arrived no one there, but it quickly got busy. Fast food that allows one to sit and enjoy. Had a BLT with avacado and a second sandwich that was the Italian. Made them meals for an additional $3.69...like everywhere else it seems high.
