Rudy's is the standard against which I compare all BBQ QSR. There are better and worse, but I go to Rudy's because it's always a good, consistent flavor, and I love the setup of the restaurant. In Katy, I'm greeted when I walk in and never rushed at the registers or tables, even when the restaurant is busy. Super cool place. We were asked if it was our first time here, we said yes and our server explained the menu and even gave us samples. The food was so good and the “moist brisket” was literally the most tender meat I have ever had. Really enjoyed this place and highly recommend if you close by.
