Day old donuts for anything that had fillings. Only fresh ones were original glazed. No smile on anyone's face. Wouldn't have gone back if it weren't for convenience of location. But not anymore.

Poor customer service from two older women. My wife and I had a caramel ice coffee and told them it tasted very sour. They let me get a hot coffee in return but they made one while I was eating and had the girl in the back try it to see if it was sour. They talked to my wife saying in Spanish that there is nothing wrong with the drink while we were eating. I found it rude that they would interrupt our breakfast just to let us know what they thought about the coffee. I usually don't ask for anything or complain but this was our of line and felt like they didn't belive me. It had to have been a bad squeeze or something because it was undrinkable. I can drink just about anything but that was not coffee. Thankfully the hot coffee was good.

So, I went inside for faster service , however, the cashier lady did not even notice I was there because she was busy texting. I stood there while she did so , it wasn't until I asked for service that she noticed I was there. Sad!!!!!

The fat lady at the counter needs to let go of. When Indidnt give any tip for her doing her job and fetching me donuts and coffee she didn’t give e me enough sugar. Upon asking for more she said why that much sugar. I want to sue this place for discrimination. I am diabetic and I need sugar to wake up. I have this incident on recording . If they don’t fire her within a week I am going to court . Very rude people.

It was a old Hispanic woman in drive thru , i bought 6 donuts and 1 donut hole and all i was politely asking for a plastic bag to carry then she gave a big attitude for a no reason. I was wonder if you hate your job, please quit. We deserve better customer service.

I went to buy one large kolache and they charged my credit card $17 and some change. I noticed it the next day but I realize they didn’t give me a receipt so when I called to ask for money back, they said they needed proof of my transaction but the only proof I had was my bank charge. I asked if they had cameras through the drive-through to show what I had purchased but they did not so I basically paid almost $18 for one kolache very upset this happened two days ago
