A few days ago, I bought a few cheeseburgers through the drive through and one of them was supposed to be a double cheeseburger. By mistake, I received all cheeseburgers and didn't get the double cheeseburger that I ordered. When I went inside to try to exchange my burger for the double, they asked if I could wait 2 minutes for the double and that I can just keep the cheeseburger otherwise they will have to throw it away anyway. Jesus and the manager present do a very good job in running this place and the integrity they hold in service. This is fast food and if Applebees can run a restaurant off of processed microwave food now I don't expect fast food to be 5 star in terms of the quality of food. So I don't blame the works for the quality of food. However this should never undermine customer service. Good place just they are always missing things in their menu. One day they’ll have it the next they act like they have never served it ever and treat you dumb. It’s ridiculous! Come on and keep up with the stuff!!! ?
