If I could give no stars I would. I ordered 2 foot long subs and a foot long cookie. When I got there I was told not even an hour after opening they were out of the foot long cookie so they gave me 3 cookies. When I said that I paid $5 for the cookie and a box of 6 is 3.99 I would think I would at least get that they argued that was not correct. Finally they gave me 5 cookies which is still short but anyway we ordered double meat on both and there was hardly any meat. The sandwiches had hardly anything but day old bread. The cookies were hard as a rock so I reached out to the manager and his response was literally sorry you didn’t like the service and our workers have strict guidelines to abide by. So bottom line if you want day old bread, hardly any veggies and meat, hard cookies that are probably days old, the worst customer service and waste your money this is the subway for you. If you want fresh food and a place that cares about their customers I would stay far far far away from this location!!!!!

they stole our money when placing an online order and the store wasn't open (jan 1). jay deep the manager has yet to rectify their mistake, that's $15 they didn't deserve to earn.

Terrible service and staff. If I could leave zero stars this place deserves it. Women are rude and have no way to talk to people. I ordered a steak and cheese deluxe and received this. This is disgusting.

Just left out of restaurant on N Mason and Frantz, when i walked in the employee was transfecookies to the display. I stood in there for about 2 minutes before I was acknowledged, when I got her attention she looked up said ok, and continued what she was doing. I stood few minutes longer and than realized she was just rearranging the cookies, seemly purposely ignoring me. As I was walking out I said have a nice day, then she tries to call me back to serve me.

This place is horrible. The older Hispanic lady rushed me the entire time. I came in around 8:40 to order. She stated they closed at 9:00 pm, I stated that I should be finished way before 9:00. She stated that she needs to be out by 9:00 or she’ll go into overtime. I asked to speak with a manager she stated there were none. Worst customer ever.

This place SUCKS! The food is great but the workers are very VERY VERY rude. I'm trying to look at the menu and the woman who was making my sandwich repeatedly asked " what meat , what meat , what meat , what meat " the first time she asked I answered with " uhhh " then I said " let me look " she proceeded to ask rudely and this just irritated me. They are so rude and they talk about you ! I didn't know which bread was which because I cannot see from where I was standing and she speaks in Spanish talking trash about me. They aren't patient with any who isn't Hispanic.

I’ve ordered MULTIPLE times on the app and have give them a courtesy to have time to complete the order. And, EVERY single time my order is not made. It is not made until AFTER I get there. It was only busy once the other times there is no excuse.And when the order is done in a timely manner before I get there they NEVER put my avocado. it is not worth the drive to go back for less than $2.

I just left this location without sandwiches, because the produce had gone bad, the spinach specifically was so wilted I’m surprised there wasn’t a smell. When asked for fresh spinach the manager claimed there wasn’t any more. When I questioned why they have expired produce, the worker claimed that they haven’t serve it to anyone.??? Make it make sense please.

If I could give zero I would. Pulled up at 8:30p and they (three staff) literally looked at car park in front and turned off the open light. I asked why they closed early and they said I don't know but we closed. Wowww!!!! They were supposed to be open another 30 minutes. Horrible
