I can't believe that I've not reviewed Tracey's Fajita before! My family has been eating there for years and the food is always extremely fresh and full of flavor. The service is top rated with a personal touch each time that we go. The inside is everything that you would hope for from a family owned true to detail and very welcoming.
This is my absoute favorite spot in Katy. Tracey and her whole family are so amazing. We started coming here right when she opened and its a staple in my house. Her fajitas are AMAZING. The chicken and beef are freshly grilled. Every employee treats you like family. Their to-go fajitas are our go to. They have a drive up window which makes it extremely convient. Just ordered for the first time and it was to-go. It was delicious ? the Tracey #2 (chicken covered in veggie sauce and cheese) was tender and tasty. The beans were excellent as well. We also got the enchiladas covered in mole sauce which was just right, not an overpowering flavor. Long story short, we will be ordering from here
