I randomly chose this place to eat, and I am so happy I did. I loved it! I loved everything about it, from the food to the service. The sushi was amazing. I ordered the charizard roll and will order it again next time. The 5 sushi combo was also amazing. They also had really good fried rice! We will definitely be coming back!

We eat here (or get take out) as often as possible (at least twice a month if not weekly). Great sushi and excellent fried rice and noodles. The spicy edamame is so good. Service is excellent! Highly recommended.

The rolls are pretty big. I tried bits of a friend's Pink Lady roll- it was ok, nothing special. I also tried the calamari and thought there wasn't enough squid. Service was okay. Restroom hallway was very dark. The place was pretty empty on a Saturday at 9 pm but it was also a rainy day. Overall, it's a decent place but I'm not likely to come back.

We visited Dec 24th, about 2:30. My partner wanted sashimi, I wanted veggies. We were both quite pleased with the meal, both quality and amount, though we were surprised only a few people were there. It was a Saturday afternoon, yes, Christmas Eve but Saturdays seem ideal to have unstructured time!We'll be going again soon.EDIT:We go back and eat here all the time. We have never been sorry about the food, but the owners (a family) seem to not keep great waitstaff around too long. We have enjoyed great service from certain staff who are suddenly no longer there. The ones left (family members) run a great business but they aren't very successful on the floor.Still, food's excellent every time. Worth the wait. But I'd say currently only ☆☆☆ for service.Vegetarian options: I only eat WFPB and enjoyed all the fresh options. The miso soup was excellent, and I had a customised veggie hibachi plus a salad.

I've been eating Tsukiji's food for 10 years though I still can't say its name. I visit maybe once or twice a year and each time it's the same quality. Same simple traditional goodness. Service is always friendly. Ambiance is always busy but chill. They are consistent and that's hard to come by nowadays.
