Born in raised in Cajun country I usually tend to stay away from most crawfish and Cajun restaurants in other areas of the country but I was assured this place was legit. I was so impressed, I have yet to have anything bad there (I mostly eat boiled seafood every time or fried shrimp). Don’t let the size of the building fool you, there is some great cooking coming out of that small place.Worth the drive to Kilgore.
Great food and very large portions. Some things might seem expensive, but I can usually get 2+ meals for 1 order. So well worth it! I've never have been disappointed with them.

Really good stuff. Variety is just fine. Got ot go to sout LA to get anything as good. Have tried fried/boiled crayfish, boudain ball, gumbo, fried shrimp, gumbo( good but I like darker rue), frog legs. All good. right along with the sides. All servers and checkout people are very nice, helpful and attentive. Could not ask for more, and fair prices as well.
