Unfortunately, on the day I last visited, there seemed to be mass confusion at the drive-through window. The first person that began taking my order did not understand English very well or could not multi-task. For the first time ever I could audibly hear three different people trying to get my order entered correctly. It was very frustrating having to repeat myself over and over. But, we survived. I ordered an iced latte. I watched them reuse a spoon after mixing someone else’s drink. Whatever idc. But I take a drink and suck a bunch of chunks through my straw. At first I thought it was food as I just ate a breakfast burrito, so I take another drink and more came out of my straw. Very

I am in Longview visiting from Dallas and I must say that the quality & taste of food is 100% better here in Longview. My Big Mac meat was seasoned and made with love, not just tossed carelessly with the contents all over the box like in Dallas ?My fries were hot & fresh ?Received good service as well ?Kudos to you McDonald's ????
