HUGE shout out to Killeen Tx #0034. I walked in for the buffet 8:30pm & was informed the buffet closed 9pm but google posted 10pm(for pick up i told). The buffet attendant happily allowed me to order the pizzas of my choosing. The pizza came out fresh & quickly. I was told multiple times not to rush & enjoy my dinner. Fantastic service at CiCi’s! We had a mistake happen with the delivery from an outside delivery service and they were so helpful in correcting the issue! Super friendly people, especially Jessica! Pizza was great too! They will definitely have my business again.

No trouble parking. Took my toddlers thinking there was games for them but do not recommend for kids under 6. I think we went during the busy hours too (5-6:00pm) but there was no ice for drinks and only 3 pizzas were out. Salad bar was nice though. Cinnamon rolls were also good. And staff was busy but nice.Kid-friendliness: Not a lot of games for kids
