EDIT:Unfortunately I had my first not so great experience today and have to come update my review. This is my 2nd time here. I live right around the corner from a JITB and came here because my first experience was so good. Today I came in and ordered the large #10 (that comes with cheese) and a buttery jack sandwich. I was sent on my way with the wrong order (wrong sandwich for #10). I did not realize until I arrived home that the order was wrong. then had to go back to this JITB...read full review

1:30 in the morning, saw two ppl working. Dude walked out the back like he didn't care at all about the job. The sourdough jack I ordered was horrible compared to what it's supposed to be. I'm scared to taste the Texas double I ordered. Can we please just start hiring ppl that really care about service and others? Just because it's late don't mean you should slack off!!!
