My son love tha fries everyone is always super nice n polite I just wish the food would b more fresh like cook to order type in my opinion sometimes certain things do taste like it's been sitting for some hours
This I have to say rarely happens at McDonald's! We were at McDonald's late last night and the manager was awesome, very professional, patient, pleasant & helpful! She made the best smoothie in the world - oreo/coffee something. It was made perfect?! Although it was past 11PM, the staff looked like they were on their toes. Orders were flowing smoothly & done quickly. That means it was ran by an awesome manager! The place was very clean compared to the other McDonald's we had been....read full review

Most of the time customer service is friendly.. Today I had no complaints.. But good lawd, slow slow slow!!! And SLOW!!! Get up the street around the corner dealing with heavy traffic and mess and we are missing food.. Ughhh.. Reallyyyyyyy.... Check the receipt and yes we paid for it, so we had to turn around... I absolutely HATE that mess!!!!!!
