I love Panera, but I don't understand why they're so stingy with the Chipotle sauce!! I asked for extra and it looks like they decided to wipe it off after putting some on. This is the 4th time this has happened. If ppl are paying $50 for some soup and a sandwich, you can afford to add the extra chipolte I asked for.
Normally I’m a fan of Panera Bread (and this Panera Bread, for the most part). But I was so disappointed when they gave me my large lemonade with the cup ENTIRELY full of ice, all the way to the top. I was really thirsty and finished it within a few minutes. I don’t even know why they thought I would need this much ice.

I've been coming to this location regularly for the past 2-3 years, and everyone is always so kind and welcoming. Many of them know me by name (as a Sip Club member and mom of 3 young kids, I visit too often). The food is always amazing (highly reccommend the Family Feasts for the value). My kids love their cookies and cinnamon rolls!
