The Louisiana Fire and the potato salad are amazing! I'm from New Orleans and I can honestly say both were right up there with the best New Orleans restaurants. The people there are awesomely friendly too! It's great to have a piece of Louisiana home, right here in Killeen.

Have recently visited Cracked Rib BBQ a couple times so far and Shannon has been great in serving me every time I have visited. Very professional, very friendly and great food! Highly recommend. -Alex
