We probably pass Yang Sing about 5-6 times a week. The food was alright. There were a few food pans that was practically empty. Some of those empty food pans' food was getting crispy from sitting in the pan for a long time. The variety of food was enough to enjoy the classic Chinese foods. The price was pretty consistent with other Chinese buffet restaurants. Honestly, if I had to go to a Chinese buffet in the future, I will go to the one on the other side of I-14.
I don't think I've ever had bad food here. Employees have always been nice and always willing to help or recommend something. Definitely my favorite Asian buffet in Texas!! (Occasionally a little too loud and busy for me depending on what time of day and day of the week you go.)
