Absolutely empty. 3 people working did not even acknowledge I was there to pick up my to-go order. At 19.95 for chicken parm you expect chicken to not be borderline burned, pasta was cold. Also had a giant slice that must have been there all day. Food has gradually gone down over last year.
We order once a week from Russo’s and have only positive experience! Our favorite two pizzas are the chicken rustica & Brooklyn Nona’sThank you for all the wonderful service & excellent pizza!!
