“There was a little bit of a wait when I ordered ahead with a mobile order because they just had a lot of orders at the time, But boy was that sandwich worth the wait! This is really one of the better Jersey Mike’s locations, I have a gluten allergy and They cleaned off the machine to toast my bun! Really felt like they went above and beyond and I will be eating here again soon. Cold cuts are good quality, and they give Jason’s deli a run for their money lolDietary restrictions: They have amazing gluten-free bread, and they do a great job avoiding cross-contamination“
“Whoever was the manager today at this Jersey Mikes was absolutely fantastic!! I have never had jersey mikes before so I was skeptical but he helped me pick what sandwich I wanted and even when I left my side of meat for my dog inside he came out in the rain just to make sure my dog got his treat too! I have found my new favorite sandwich shop for sure. Never had such a good experience just trying to get some food but it warmed my heart. Love it.“
“Excellent service and the subs were made to my liking which is more than I can say for the one on FM 1960.I could not believe what was considered a sub with extra turkey. I thought I was being punked and needless to say.....there was no tip.Pffft!“
“I don't often eat out, but when I do it's always at this Subway thanks to the pleasant experience. They have a new employee ( I believe her name was Riley, if I'm wrong then please forgive me, I'm always horrible with names ) that is always so sweet and greets me with a friendly voice, and what I assume is a smile underneath the mask. ( I love that this Subway in particular has every employee wearing a mask, I've seen multiple food places where employees don't wear masks and that is so dangerous! ) I can tell she's really shy and gets a little nervous though, but that's okay. I remember when I was working and got nervous too. The other older lady is also very nice and pleasant to talk to, even with her heavy accent and my difficulty to understand her at times. The food is always prepared with patience, and even when it's really busy everyone does their best to get to the customers as quickly as possible. I will definitely return to this place more often!“
“Was on my lunch break, stopped at this location but realized I didn’t have my wallet on me and I had recently reset my phone so Apple Pay wasn’t possible either. I ended up getting a picture of my card and was able to set up Apple Pay for payment but before I even did that, a employee named Alex offered to purchase a sandwich for me so that I would have something to eat on my lunch break. Awesome location, will always remember that. Definitely left a tip.“
“Love this location and the food is always fresh and good. The only complaint is there it is really hard to hear in there. I have trouble hearing the staff talking to me and the staff has a hard time understanding me. It could just be a me thing, but they have misheard me before and I have misheard them too. Probably my fault haha.“
“Not often do I give 5 stars to any place. But this place is truly special. Young students are always very helpful. They work so hard and they test you with respect. A special thanks to Kameron whose birthday is tomorrow. Nice young lady always with a smile. She remembers us every time we come in. She should be the manager of this place!“
“Great job Theo!! You had a very difficult and rude customer in front of me today. Her 3 sandwiches were very simple but she was so rude to you. You stayed very professional and calm. You gave her great customer service. As for me y’all are alway great.I wanted to thank you for what you did!!“
“This is now a TOPS in my food establishments to venture to. Highly recommend this establishment to look into open this in Dayton. Dayton is booming like Mont Belvieu is. If you don't open here, I WILL still drive 30 minutes to Humble but closer means more money. I spend $13. and make 6 awesome sandwiches out of the large take home containers. Went there Feb 2nd and Will go back today. Not waiting for Feb. 22nd (that special you had for February). This is crazy but I couldn't stop eating that Fruity chicken salad. I will have 1 or 2 sandwiches TODAY but have to drive to Humble first.“
“So, I always order a pizza sandwhich even though it's not on the menu. Here's what you do: the type of bread doesnt quite matter, but basically on either a 6 inch or foot long, have them put just marinara on both sides of the inner sandwhich and if a little meatball falls in, that's okay. Next, shredded mozzarella cheese is the obvious choice for that pizza feel, add pepperoni or salami or both, and have them toast it. Then for a supreme pizza style, add black olives, onions, and bell peppers. For those of you who like to dip their pizza in ranch, request ranch and red pepper seasoning for spice. It is the greatest sandwhich not on their menu. Subway, you're welcome!“
