The food was awful today and the service was horrible. Usually both are great. Tomatoes on salad we not ripe. Rolls were not done.steak was way overcooked and tough. It seems the quality has went way down.
Was there last weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. Party of 5. A filet for my mother in law came overcooked. Asked for medium, came medium well. Several sides, particularly my wife's mashed potatoes, came cold or maybe luke warm at best. Potatoes skins appetizer for the table came stone cold to the point the cheese was just tearing as opposed to typically stringing apart. Service was pretty slow most of the visit. Food taste is always 100% on point. Thick, juicy and tender cuts. Out of the 16 years that I have visited this location, twice I have had an issue with my steak; I have received a new steak, no questions asked and personally delivered by the manager. Their slogan is true, Legendary Food, Legendary Service. Now, my 3 year old son requests to go to Texas "Oadhouse" a few times out of the month.
