I love the sour cream chicken enchiladas at Rosa's! I haven't tried many other things there but those are my favorites! Love the atmosphere! There is essentially no service there as you go through the line, order, and pick it up yourself! They do clean your table after you leave.
Most of the time the food is really good. Most of the time the dining room is clean most of the time the service is really good, but there are those times when the order is wrong or it’s cold and it’s supposed to be hot or it’s warm and it’s supposed to be cold or the dining room is dirty or unstocked or the person at the window just throw the food at you. I go for the fajita taco with guacamole. The best fajitas anywhere. I believe they grill them over mesquite. I don't think alot of people know about this fajita taco. I'm a connoisseur when it comes to fajitas so I know a good piece of meat when I taste it. Excellent!
