This was my first time here, and I’m really happy this place exists. The workers were so incredibly giving and kind. My partner and I were accommodated for being vegan with delicious veggie/hummus paninis! Their pasta salad was also made vegan (no feta), and was so tasty!! I wrote this for a class assignment back in 2014 I called it a "Healthy Gem In Downtown Laredo" and I happen to stumble across it today in 2022 and decided to post it as a review. Everything stated was base off of my experience, I hope you find it useful. If you are looking for a great place to grab a bite other than Mcdonald's or any other fast food joint, you have to stop by Caffe Dolce.
