Kotos is a great sushi spot in Laredo! Unfortunately the other location closed and this one has downsized. Their fried rice is delicious and rolls are great. Every roll I have had has been delicious. They have a variety of fried and fresh. They serve a really good cucumber & crab salad as well. Prices aren't bad either. Give it a try!
I visit often though I find they are out of eel because its so good here. But they also have a wide variety of sushi to satisfy any pallette. (Provided your not from Japan of course, its illegal to sell uncooked fish in America so most establishments microwave then chill the "Sushi".

Service was ok problem was that the person attending didn't put much attention to us it's not like the place was full it was just 2 people but other than that I'd say they could've done better
