Note to people driving by a McD’s in Laredo. Chances are… if the curbside pickup looks packed, it’s actually drive through overflow. (I just wanted a 20 nugget pack on Del Mar, and it’s not even packed.)
I'm giving it 2 stars just because it's McDonald's, but the customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous. The staff have no manners and scowl at you while getting the food you order. The manners of this establishment are absolutely insulting as not a single staff member spoke to me. Just handed me my food aggressively and quickly shut the drive thru window. If you don't mind your job then leave. Do not take it out on your paying customers. Let's also mention my food...read full review

March 13, 2024: Ordered curbside pickup.. parked In spot 7 (right in front of door) 7-8 minutes went by… nobody came out :/ had to get down, go to the counter and ask for order. It defeats the purpose curbside.
