I’ve had these cakes before they’re really good. They are moist are plenty of options and I would recommend to anyone.

Really delicious cake, but I felt like the cashier didn’t like that I was asking for prices of items. Felt rushed and as if she didn’t want to belly me. It was my first time buying a cake from there and I was trying to understand prices so I could decided what I wanted to buy but I felt a little uncomfortable after that. Great cake though

What a bad experience! I have purchased 4 cakes in the last 3 months from this location and I have never had an issue. Today I showed up to receive my bundtlette for my birthday and the employee immediately gave me attitude. I was ordering additional cakes for my friends too btw. When I attempted to pay, I was told I had to spend $80 if I wanted to pay with $100. There is a proper way to treat people...then there is this. She made feel embarrassed for getting my birthday freebie and took it too far.

These are the Best cakes ive ever tasted. I have had these on several occasions and at several events and even just because and everytime are fireworks of flavors for my taste buds. The customer service is also great and really friendly. Id strongly recommend their cakes for any occasion big or small they will be a Big Hit! You will love them too!

The person who took my order seemed nice and informed me the cake would take 20 minutes. I told her I don't mind waiting, and i'll be in my car instead of going to another place. She said that she will take the cake to my car and will call when its ready. I arrived to the place at 1:20 PM. It was almost 2:20 PM and I thought I should go and check just in case. The cake was all ready and prepared and the employee was not there anymore. I was annoyed and frustrated for waiting that long without any call whatsoever.

This is my second and last time ordering a cake from this location. Supposedly they tried to deliver the cake but nobody was home. They stated they called the recipient, my mom, and she didn’t pick up. My mom called the number back right away and they didn’t pick up either. The employee knocked on the door, according to the assistant manager I spoke to, when I clearly stated in the notes to “RING THE DOORBELL”. They also stated they called me but I never received a call from them. They kept arguing about charging me a delivery fee again to try to re-deliver the cake. Nowhere in their website or my receipt there’s a delivery policy that states they will charge again. The assistant manager said there is but she couldn’t show me the policy. Then she comes back saying that “it’s not written anywhere but it exists”, her own words. Thus, if it’s not written, it’s an invalid policy! I kept going back and forth with this incompetent employee whom doesn’t even know their own policies, yet she’s an assistant manager at this store. Perhaps if you place people working at managing positions with necessary preparation and with English language knowledge, your customer service would be better. It’s hard to understand someone who’s not even able to communicate in English or even Spanish. As for us, we’re never ordering anything from this location again.
