I had my 6 month year older daughter and the bus boy refused to move when I said excuse me and also had his bus cart blocking my way and other peoples way by the soda machine . I kept saying excuse me he looked at me at ignored me to continue cleaning the fountain machine .

I will always love Peter Piper Pizza's food, their pizza is the best among others! This specific location is just slightly problematic. I think there is a sewer system issue because the whole place had this awful stench, I had to sit so far off into the corner to be able to enjoy my food and not be enveloped by the horrible smell. Service was another issue, the lady at the register was not customer service friendly I would say but she could be having a bad day maybe. I think this location could use a remodeling project. Hopefully this happens soon.

Yesterday, I had the buffet which was pretty much empty. The assistant manager didn't put any pizzas even when people requested them. I found a dead fly on the salad showed her as she just said oh ok. That's it. She didn't changed it. It was declined in customer service and food quality. She had a really bad attitude like if we bother her.

Honestly: great pizza with tons of toppings and hot; great people working with a smile; just too crowded but it's the nature of the place. Always enjoy eating here.
Horrible service, went for the buffet and we couldn't even eat the pizza. My oldest didn't even have a slice and we got a refund for him since he never got up. But since we went and grabbed the most burned and old pizzas that we didn't even eat, manager Beverly refused to refund us and was very rude to my daughter and all of us. Had never been to this location and it's obvious she has no manners or care about the customer's satisfaction with what they serve. We kept checking for fresh pizza and all they had was old ones that kids don't even like. Will never return here again!

Horrible....Went in to order a large 2 topping pepperoni and jalapeño pizza with wings to go. Waited for about 25 minutes and my order wasn't out yet. Waited another 15 minutes then went up to ask how much longer. They didn't even put the order in!!!! They were just looking around like it was magically gonna appear. They put the order in but don't tell me sorry or we'll have it out right away. Mind you the place was almost empty! I finally get the order and they put only half the pizza jalapeños and the other half pepperoni. I never said half and half and the wings looked horrible Once I received my food FINALLY they never apologized or anything. Was going to talk to the manager but I just wanted to get out of there. I'm from out of town and here on business and just wanted some pizza to get back to the hotel. Well I won't be going back.
