Ordered online for a free personal pan pizza. After 3 times not accepting code which is valid. So I called the restaurant and let them know of what happened. They told me to keep trying on the website to post the they've been getting glitches. I called back after a third time they took my order. But went to go pick up there was no order under my name which I gave them my info.

Horrible service, they would take long on curbside and I would wait 30 minutes. Breadsticks didn’t look or taste as great along with the multiple long wait times. I stopped going to this place but I wanted to give them a chance again. First time was good but second time was horrible when I found a spot of green mold or something on a slice of the pizza kinda on the edge as I already ate a few slices, even to the slice next to it. The rest of the pizza didn’t look too good either. The guy that served me the pizza was kinda rude too.

Maria came in clutch with my order last minute didn’t realize they closed at 11 got there exactly at 11 and she attended me with the biggest smile couldn’t ask for more. Sorry for being that guy!! But Ty for not treating me like him!! Great service!!

Ordered a delivery for two pizzas they didn't have any of their drivers so took it upon themselves to hire Door dash and tried to charge me for it. Manager had no people skills and obviously doesn't believe in customer service. And on top of trying to charge me for door dash they sent the wrong order at first driver had to go back and fix the order by the time I got my pizzas they were all cold.
Restaurant was empty. Service slow. Our waitress left on a delivery so we had to ask status on our order. It was ready but just hadn’t been brought to our table.

Great customer service but pizza New Yorker was like frozen pizza. No sweet sauce which makes the new Yorker estyles. Never buying that again.

Horrible service at this location. They only had 2 tables and couldn't find the time to come to our tables.I brought it up to Ricardo (says he's the manager) and all he could do is say about them being short staff and under paid.He hardly let me speak, but if they were so busy, then how does the staff member find so much time to hide in a corner and get on her cell phone.I guess I won't be eating here anymore.
