Cashier didn't give me my recipt, and lady cooking pizzas was rude to customers because of a ruch she had and manager watching the place burning down but she was to busy on phone. Team leaders should be degraded. A real leader leads by example not by screaming @ young employees. Was told order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes spent 45 minutes @ store waiting. Bad customer service at its finest.

Ordered a big box. Wings hardly had sauce on them, the backend BBQ pizza didn't have the mushrooms green peppers or BBQ sauce on it.

People are quick to write bad reviews but never take the time to write a good one when deserved. Pizza Hut on Jacaman never disappoints. I suppose, lucky me, even if something was off it’s still a damn good pizza! ?? Always on time, Always Hot, and staff usually friendly. Even if they have to go outside to serve you ( I always go inside).Thank you for the late night dinners and early morning leftovers.

Not bad but not good. My friends and I went close to 10 pm and they already had the lights off as if they were ready to close when they close at midnight. Then the lady that took our order was eating a slice of mango and even talked to us like she was annoyed. Plus there's no menu whatsoever, she just gave us a paper of the specials only. Lastly, once we got our food, we ate there, the lady brought the pepper and cheese and slammed them on the table as if she was mad. The food was good, but the service was terrible. I get people don't like their jobs, but at least fake a smile instead of making it obvious. Never eating inside that pizza hut again

The place is extremely inconsistent when it comes to sauce. When I ask for extra as I usually do, they will either put so much you can't lift the pizza without everything falling off or so little that you can barely taste it.Last 3 times I went they wasted my time, money and gas with this issue. They emailed me a voucher for a free pizza for the mistake which was nice but when I went for my next pizza they completely ignored what I had ordered (extra sauce).This location displays a total lack of care for a simple custom order.I'll include photos of this extreme lack of care when asking for a simple change.

The best pizzas are always from Pizza Hut! I was about to give five stars to this place in particular because of the good amount of topping (I ordered mushrooms) they added on my first order here, but my second time was very little—like how a lot of Pizza Hut chains give their toppings. Also, that now they charge you a dollar for parmesan cheese or red pepper contributes to one star lost. Although overall, their pizzas—specially the thin and crispy ones—are really good.

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza to go at 11 pm. When I got the Pizza Hut I noticed that they were turning off the lights and pretty much closing at 11:30. The website says they close at 12. My pizza was completely RAW , cheese was falling off and the pepperonis were just thrown on the pizza. Disgusting. The manager had the nerve to say it wasn’t raw . I am just glad I opened the box before I left. Won’t be back ever
